Longarm quilting is priced by size and is some of the most affordable around, with most quilts finished in about two weeks. Here is exactly how the cost is figured so there are never any surprises.
How Pricing Works
Standard computerized longarm quilting is just 1.5 cents ($0.015) per square inch, and that includes thread and trimming. Measure your quilt's width and length in inches, multiply them together to get the total square inches, then multiply by $0.015.

This estimate covers standard computerized longarm quilting only, at 1.5 cents per square inch. Quilts under 40 inches on either side are a $25 flat rate. Rush orders are 2 cents per square inch and custom quilting is $25 per hour. Add-ons like binding are an additional $25 per hour. Reach out for an exact quote on your project.

Mail Your Quilt
Pack your quilt top and backing and ship it to Weatherford, Texas. USPS small prepaid boxes work perfectly and keep shipping affordable. Rena will confirm when it arrives.
Rena Gets to Work
Your quilt is finished with expert longarm craftsmanship. Every stitch placed with intention. When complete it is trimmed and ready to bind so it arrives ready to use.
Shipped Back to You
Your finished quilt is carefully packed and shipped back. Clients across the country keep coming back because the result speaks for itself every single time.
Getting Your Quilt to Rena
Whether you are around the corner or across the country, sending your quilt in is simple. Choose whichever option is easiest for you.
Package It Up
Fold your quilt and place it in a sturdy box or a padded shipping bag. A large zip bag inside adds a little extra protection from moisture in transit.
Drop Off or Ship
Bring it to the Weatherford drop-off location below, or have any carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) deliver it straight there. Both options work perfectly.

Plastic Wrapped
Every quilt is sealed in clean protective plastic before anything else, keeping it safe from dust, dirt, and moisture.

The wrap is sealed air tight, so your quilt stays protected and secure no matter how far it has to travel.
Packaging Paper
Layers of protective packaging paper cushion the quilt inside the box, guarding against any bumps along the way.
