These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rena Bean Creations website and your purchase of quilting services and products from Rena Bean Creations LLC ("Rena Bean Creations," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, requesting a quote, placing an order, or sending us your quilt, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Rena Bean Creations provides longarm quilting, custom memory quilts, t-shirt memory quilts, and related finishing services such as binding, batting, and backing piecing. We also offer a small selection of novelty apparel. The specific details, timeline, and pricing for your project are confirmed when you request a quote.
Pricing for quilting services is based on the size and scope of your project and is provided as a quote before work begins. Longarm quilting is priced per square inch, and add-ons are quoted separately. A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide, and final pricing may be adjusted if the actual project differs from what was described. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of your order, and work generally begins once your quilt and any required payment have been received.
If you mail your quilt top, backing, or other materials to us, you are responsible for packaging them securely and for the cost of shipping to us. We strongly recommend a trackable and insured shipping method. Rena Bean Creations is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier before they reach us or after they leave us. We confirm receipt when your package arrives, and we package finished work carefully for the return trip, but the carrier is responsible for items while they are in transit. You may also drop off and pick up locally at our receiving location.
You agree to provide accurate information about your project and to supply materials that are ready for the requested service. You confirm that you own or have the right to use any fabrics, images, garments, or designs you send to us, and that our work on them will not infringe anyone else's rights. Please review your quote and project details before work begins.
Any turnaround time we provide is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Timelines depend on current demand, the complexity of your project, and shipping. We will keep you informed about timing and let you know if anything changes.
Because our work is custom and performed on your personal materials, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once work has begun. If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change before work starts. Completed custom work is not returnable.
Novelty apparel and other shop items are ordered by contacting us directly. Payment and shipping are arranged at the time of your order. Because these items may be made to order or limited in availability, please confirm your size and selection when you reach out.
We treat every item entrusted to us with care. Quilting and finishing involve handling fabrics that may have unknown age, condition, or prior wear, especially with memory quilts made from used clothing. While we take reasonable care, you understand that older or delicate materials carry inherent risk, and Rena Bean Creations is not responsible for the natural condition or fragility of the materials you provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Rena Bean Creations for any claim related to our services or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of sentimental value.
The content of this website, including its text, layout, and images, belongs to Rena Bean Creations or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
